Nestled in the village of Coolaney, just 20 minutes from Sligo town, Bella & Brava is a family-run restaurant opened by Danny and Laura during the most unlikely of times — the 2020 pandemic. Against all odds, they built something extraordinary.

Every pizza is crafted to the exacting standards of the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana — using slow-proven dough made with 5 Stagioni 00 flour, San Marzano tomatoes, and buffalo mozzarella, then finished in a hand-built wood-fired oven at 450°C.

From crispy arancini to tagliatelle frutti di mare, from the panna cotta to the tiramisu — every dish is cooked to order from the freshest ingredients. This is not just a meal. It's an experience people drive from across Connacht for.
